Community Impact Marketing is recruiting experienced independent door-to-door representatives and established sales teams for the Spark Energy natural gas supply campaign in eligible SoCalGas territories.

If you’ve dealt with missing payments, unexplained deductions, or someone going quiet on payday, you know why the business arrangement matters as much as the campaign.
We welcome direct questions about compensation. Before you start, we’ll review your agreed commission, payment schedule, qualifying enrollments, reserve requirements, and chargeback terms in writing. We expect professional production, and you should expect clear communication about your pay.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You already understand the daily work of door-to-door sales. You can organize your day, work consistently, handle rejection, and produce without daily in-person supervision.
Experience in energy, solar, telecom, internet, security, or another D2D campaign is relevant. Come ready to learn this offer, its disclosures, and the enrollment process.
Our operating model is remote support with independent field execution. Training and team communication happen through Zoom. Bring your sales skills, work ethic, reliable transportation, and smartphone or tablet.
